EDITORIAL
Memory Lane has been so well-travelled that its surface must resemble one of those D–roads frequented by out–of–town sat nav users. BMW is the latest voyager on this path (Enough of that — Associate Ed.), with last weekend's revival of its famous M1 Procar Series.
I'm sure I would have seen at least one of these rounds (on a child's ticket, of course) and, if my memory is correct, it wasn't the demolition derby that one might have imagined. Take the fastest Grand Prix drivers, and recognised sports car specialists such as Hans Heyer and Toine Hezemans, give them equal cars, and it's inevitable that the cream will rise to the top: Niki Lauda winning in 1979, and Nelson Piquet in 1980, World Champions both.
It would be easy at this point to comment, "Why don't they do that nowadays?" Well they don't and they won't; so let's just enjoy what happened in the past and look forward to equally exciting things the top manufacturers' marketing departments think up for the future.
And speaking of excitement, I enjoyed the latest 4.7–litre Aston Martin V8 Vantage. I hope our review in this week's ClassicInside gives you a taste of life behind the wheel of the latest car from the iconic British manufacturer.

More Power — the same Beauty and Soul
In fact, as soon as the ‘Power' legend is illuminated on the dash in Aston's updated V8 Vantage, the start sequence is so fast that the rest of the familiar strapline is consigned to history.

Minute Ibiza: Seafront Villa
This white pearl is placed above the bay of Sol d'en Serra and
provides unbeatable views and privacy. Sol dén Serra is
one of the hotspots of the island. The beach is more or less a
long narrow stretch of pebbles but great in the respect that not
many people go there. You might just have the whole beach to yourselves.
And the beach bar/restaurant is famous among the beautiful people
of Ibiza. The beauty of the location of this villa is that you
can decide if you want to join the public or to stay in undisturbed
peace. But we assume that most of the time you simply won't see
any reason to leave your pool and its contemplative effect created
by watching superyachts passing by. This villa is all about location
and a very smart concept of architecture.
Due to its intelligent room concept this villa is ideal for a
holiday with a group of friends. The variation of single and double
bedrooms allows a flexible rooming. The spacious social areas
such as the living room or the pool sundeck are great for splendid
days and nights but the fact that actually almost all rooms feature
their own terrace or balcony ensures retreat if needed.
