Ferrari 365GTB/4 Daytona Competizione Spyder ex-NART Le Mans and Geneva Motor Show 15965 began its life as a standard 1972 European production Daytona, albeit one to the rarer type A specification and air conditioning. In late 1974 Michelotti rebodied it in aluminum for NART to use at Le Mans. Unusually the car, while intended for a limited racing program, was ultimately meant for road use making it rather unique in its hybrid destiny. Thus it is better suited for public roads than a spartan full blown Daytona Group 4, having for example more insulation than the latter as it has not been stripped as much, yet has less than a production 365GTB/4. colour: Red interior colour: Tan drive: LHD year: 1972/75 price: EUR 1.200.000 - 1.400.000 auction: Christies Automobiles de Collection, Le Mans Classic, France phone: +32 2289 13 33 ![]() view more details... see complete catalogue... |
